Assessment of Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge (AASK)

In order to have a performing and efficient team, one needs to know the strengths and weaknesses of each member. The AASK will take a comprehensive look at the following for each member of your team :
Knowledge – What do they know about the specific function they are supposed to do? – What do they know about the way they are supposed to sell the products and services they are promoting? – Have they learned the theory behind the new sales techniques you implemented last cycle?
Skills – Can they identify the needs of their customers? – Can they argue the benefits and advantages of the products and services? – Can they handle objections outlined by the client ?
Abilities – How do they handle themselves in a face to face interaction? – Can they really perform under difficult conditions? – Can they handle the difficult client?
Who is the AKSA for? – Any company that needs to assess, validate their teams or networks – Any company that needs individualized targeted information before a training session or program – Any company that wants to provide continued feedback to their managers, teams, etc…

How is it Administered

The AASK will assess each participant through all the modules of the HIC program:

• Call structure and preparation
• Opening
• Selling Benefits
• Useful Questions
• Handling Objections
• Closing

1. Knowledge

We assess the knowledge of each participant through the use of a multiple choice test. This test will take approximately 60 minutes and will validate the current comprehension of the HIC principles and spirit

2. Skills and Abilities

We assess the the skills and abilities of each participant through the use of our online behavior simulator – the Simpact.

The Simpact allows us to simulate a doctor’s visit. This allows us to put the representative in a simulated real-life situation to test the rep’s skills and abilities in the HIC.

3. Detailed Assessment Report

Once each participant has taken both Step 1 and Step 2, we can generate a detailed score report. With this score report, one can identify the strengths and the weaknesses of each participant to customize a focused remedial training.
