Our Values and Imperatives

cibleIt is quite usual in training companies to have the participants evaluate the quality of the seminar they attended as well as the performance of the leaders and trainers. It is clear that this evaluation is essential for our teams to improve, to reassess their work a hundred times.

Nevertheless, these evalutations do not seem sufficient for us. They must go with a change in the behaviours of the person we just trained! This change in behaviours must then also show in an appreciable increase in sales right after our interventions.
We are here to train the players in the pharmaceutical industry to develop their impact and their brand’s one. We are also here to provide them with an unfailing spirit and to help them boost their sales, their actions. This will to intervene makes even more sense if the sales results are thrown in!

We impose ourselves with a moral obligation for results. It is for us the proof of the efficiency of our programmes and of our trainers!
